Summary
Fyra helps you track your path to financial independence. To provide the service, we store account, profile, portfolio, cash flow, goal, and app event data. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.

Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Fyra, we may collect:
- Account data, such as your email address, authentication provider, and account identifiers.
- Profile settings, such as base currency, FIRE stage, withdrawal rate, inflation assumptions, and notification preferences.
- Financial tracking data you enter, such as assets, holdings, expenses, recurring outflows, one-time expenses, recurring incomes, one-time incomes, goals, currencies, quantities, notes, and related dates.
- AI import data, such as screenshots or extracted financial items, if you choose to use screenshot import.
- Subscription status, such as whether your account is Free or Pro. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- App event and diagnostic data, such as feature usage events, import counts, timestamps, and error information used to operate and improve Fyra.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Fyra, sync your data across devices, calculate forecasts, display net worth and cash flow views, process optional AI imports, manage subscription limits, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
App Lock and Biometrics
Fyra's app lock is local to your device. Fyra stores only whether app lock is enabled. Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID, and device passcode checks are handled by Apple's LocalAuthentication system. Fyra does not receive or store biometric data.
Third-Party Services
Fyra uses service providers to run the app:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions.
- Apple for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, device authentication frameworks, and platform services.
- AI providers for optional screenshot import and insight features when you choose to use them.
- Market data providers such as Finnhub, EODHD, CoinGecko, and FX data providers for prices, dividends, instruments, crypto, and currency rates.
Market data requests are designed to fetch data for symbols and currencies. We do not sell your portfolio data to market data providers.
AI Import
If you upload a screenshot for AI import, Fyra may process that image and extracted fields using an AI provider. AI extraction can be inaccurate, so you should review extracted items before saving them. Do not upload documents that you do not want processed by Fyra or its AI service providers.
Data Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide Fyra, comply with law, protect the service, or process features you request. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your financial data for third-party advertising.
Retention and Deletion
We keep account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting contact@fyra.cc.
Security
We use managed backend services, authentication controls, row-level security, and platform security features to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on where Fyra and its service providers operate infrastructure.
Children
Fyra is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Your Choices
You can update or delete data inside the app where supported. You can disable app lock locally, manage notifications through iOS settings, cancel subscriptions through your Apple account, and request account deletion by contacting us.
Changes
We may update this policy as Fyra changes. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
