Fyra is a tracking, forecasting, and planning tool. Fyra does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or retirement advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fyra, including the Fyra iOS app, website, and related services. By using Fyra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fyra.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fyra. If you use Fyra on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@fyra.cc if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your Data and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information you enter or upload into Fyra. Forecasts, calculations, dashboards, and AI-extracted data depend on the information available to Fyra and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.
No Financial Advice
Fyra may display FIRE numbers, runway estimates, drawdown rates, dividend projections, spending trends, portfolio values, and other financial calculations. These are informational estimates only. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, withdraw, rebalance, or otherwise make any financial decision.
You should consider consulting a qualified professional before making investment, tax, retirement, or legal decisions.
Market Data and Calculations
Market prices, dividends, exchange rates, instrument metadata, and performance figures may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed by third-party providers. Fyra is not responsible for losses or decisions based on market data, calculations, or projections shown in the app.
AI Features
AI import and insight features may misread screenshots, omit information, or produce incorrect output. You must review AI-extracted items before saving or relying on them. Do not upload screenshots or documents unless you have the right to process them through Fyra and its service providers.
Subscriptions and Billing
Fyra may offer paid Pro subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Apple under your Apple account and Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Unless otherwise stated in the app, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Fyra, including by:
- Trying to access accounts, data, systems, or APIs without permission.
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Interfering with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing the service beyond normal app use.
- Using Fyra to violate laws or third-party rights.
Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update free or paid limits, supported providers, supported currencies, and supported platforms as Fyra evolves.
Termination
You may stop using Fyra at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Fyra or others, or if we are required to do so by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using Fyra, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Fyra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyra and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, investment losses, or financial decisions made using the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Fyra changes. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of Fyra after changes means you accept the updated terms.
